Atf Wait Times Form 1

Atf Wait Times Form 1 - Atf+4 is pretty much a dealer item. From what i understand there is difference and it may not be a good idea to try to substitute atf+3. I've got a 2021 gmc canyon with the 8l45 and its first transmission fluid change isn't too far away. Anyone know of a modern atf oil that replaces the old type a and if so, can they be mixed? I was planning on mobil 1's lv atf hp. Transmission in question is a 1954 dual range 4. Historically, every atf specification that gm or allison has issued was sent to afton where the di package was developed. I am sure it has been asked before, but i cannot find the answer after searching what is the viscosity of current and past transmission.
